Nellie Peshkov is an accomplished Chief People and Culture Officer with over 25 years of executive experience leading global people, talent, and organizational transformation strategies across complex, high-growth companies. A trusted advisor to CEOs and boards, Nellie brings a deep understanding of how culture, leadership, and strategy intersect to drive sustainable business performance. As CPCO at Reddit, Nellie oversees the company’s end-to-end people strategy—including talent acquisition, executive succession, total rewards, culture, and organizational effectiveness—serving as a key architect of a high-performing and high engagement workplace.

She has led enterprise-wide change initiatives that improved hiring of top talent, retention,accelerated leadership readiness, and strengthened alignment between business strategy and workforce capabilities.

Previously, Nellie held senior leadership roles at Netflix, Electronic Arts and Symantec, guiding organizations through transformation, M&A integration, and rapid scaling. Known for her strategic insight and operational acumen, Nellie has successfully built global HR functions that drive innovation and business growth. Nellie is recognized for her ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and contribute to long-term enterprise value creation.

She holds a Bachelor's in Psychology degree from Santa Clara University and currently serves as an advisor to SemperVirens Venture Capital.
