Mason is preparing for the next chapter after a long career (more years than many in the room have been alive!) in HR in the Silicon Valley.

Mason joined NVIDIA in 2018 to lead compensation and performance management, then compensation and HR technology and in preparation for retiring soon, now leads compensation.

Prior to joining NVIDIA, Mason led HR at Khan Academy, spent two years leading Total Rewards at Adobe, eleven years at Intuit, in various HR roles, including leading Total Rewards, and HR Business Partner roles supporting the Global Business Division, IT, and Intuit Financial Services.

He led Total Rewards at NetApp and had varied HR roles at in the US, Europe and Japan at what became Nortel Networks through acquisitions (Bay Networks and SynOptics Communications).

Mason currently serves as a Trustee for Whitworth University in Spokane Washington.

Outside of work, Mason enjoys road bicycling, collecting and consuming wine, and traveling.
