Director of Compensation

Experienced compensation professional and a member of Cisco System's Total Rewards team. I am currently leading a team of Compensation experts focused on Research, Intelligence, Budgets, Guidance Analysis and Design for all of Cisco. I have been lucky enough to hold a number of different compensation roles at Cisco. Most recently I was a Sr Manager leading a team covering our Time-based Compensation programs, Recognition, Allowances, and Cars.

Prior to that I was a Sr Compensation Manager responsible for our executive consultation as well as executive programs design and strategy. I've also had the opportunity to take on many roles including Corporate strategy and design (Professional Equity, Pay Fairness, & Salary Range Redesign), leading Job Architecture projects from design through implementation, and being a Regional Total Rewards lead for Latin America.

I strive each day to apply my knowledge and expertise around compensation, equity, and benefits to the Country/Region/Global business strategy.
