Christopher Koski

Chris Koski is the VP/GM of Global Compensation at Xero (ASX:XRO), a global accounting, payroll, and payments platform with 5,000+ employees across 15+ countries. He has previously led compensation at Plaid, Nextdoor, and the streaming/technology divisions of Warner Bros. Discovery, building on earlier compensation work at Uber and McLagan. He has designed and redesigned equity programs, led expansion into new markets, and integrated multi-billion-dollar acquisitions, all of which required him to remain very calm and persuade people with unintuitive math. Before any of this, he was an HR Business Partner in the Colorado ski industry, which remains the job most people want to ask him about. He lives in San Francisco.
