Christina Hall is a practicing attorney and Chief People Officer for Instacart, where she oversees the Company’s Human Resources, Recruiting, Workplace, Culture, Diversity, Equity, Compensation, and Administrative functions. As CPO, Christina is focused on building a holistic people and talent strategy designed to attract, retain, and develop employees at Instacart. Christina joined Instacart in October 2020 and brings more than 25 years of experience advancing talent goals at high-performing tech companies to the Company. She most recently served as Chief People Officer at LinkedIn and previously held key human resources roles at Facebook and Intuit.

Christina also serves on the Board of Boys and Girls Clubs of the Peninsula, is an advisor for several high-tech companies, and is an investor/contributor to Penny Jar Capital and Broadway Angels.
