Allan is the Founder of CompAI LLC, a compensation consultancy, and a seasoned executive pay practitioner and total rewards expert, and recently joined Snowflake as the VP of Total Rewards.
He started his career with Towers Perrin and first joined the tech industry in the middle of the dot-com boom. He started the first people analytics team at Microsoft and was recruited by Google as their first Director of Compensation and HR Systems. He also led Total Rewards at Yahoo!, Citrix Systems and Electronic Arts.
With decades of experience in both corporate and consulting roles, Allan has been instrumental in designing and leading compensation and performance management programs, particularly during periods of high change.
